SHIPPING

Items will ship within 1 - 3 business days from the time the order is place.  We utilize USPS for our shipping carrier. 

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

Domestic Shipping Rates: 

Up to $6.00 - Flat Rate of $2.00

$6.00 to $36.00 - Flat Rate of $8.00

$36.00 - $75.00 - Flat Rate of $16.00

Order over $75.00  - Free Shipping

International Shipping: 

Yes, we offer international shipping! International packages are shipped via USPS International and typically arrive within 1-3 weeks. Shipping times vary depending on location, time of year and local postal service. Rates are calculated by weight of package/delivery destination and are for postage alone. International shipping does not include tracking or delivery confirmation

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment is due at the time of the order. We accept all major credit cards or Paypal. 
CA Sales Tax will be added to all orders shipped within the state.

CANDLE CARE

Trim the wick to 1/4" before lighting.
Allow the melted wax pool to reach the edges  prior to extinguishing  for best results and to avoid tunneling.
Never leave a candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, pets and small children
Candle will be hot after burning, allow wax to cool completely prior to handling.

It is natural for a soy candle to have a rough top after burning, after relighting the candle you will have a nice liquid melt pool. 

Wick mushrooming can happen with cotton wicks - Always remember to trim your wicks to 1/4" prior to burning

RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC:
Because buying a new scent online is tough,  we offer a 100% satisfaction policy. If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Care team at columbia.oak@gmail.com and we’ll help get the process started.

As a growing small business, we do not cover shipping costs, but are always happy to ship exchanges.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 30 days of delivery and require proof of purchase (ie. your order number, order confirmation email). Refunds cover the cost of the item returned and do not include shipping fees. 
INTERNATIONAL:
We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.  If you’d like to return your order for a refund, please note that shipping costs for international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are not included in refunds for return orders.
